At HST, we engineer glass-to-metal seals/feedthrus in different specifications to meet varied high amperage needs. Pins for these feedthrus are made from hermetically sealable materials, such as alloy 52, stainless steel, molybdenum, copper-cored 52 alloy, and copper cored stainless steel.

Our high amperage seals are used in electric vehicles and high output batteries, as well as in several high current switching applications. Our engineers can design as well as build feedthrus to custom specifications, facilitating easy mounting.
